A&S EQUIPMENT RENTALS

We have used A&S equipment rentals a couple of times to rent party equipment. The first time we rented we paid for a big water slide for my son's 14th birthday. A&S delivered, set up and came back to pick it up. We also rented a snow cone machine. The second time we rented a bouncy house for my daughter's birthday party. A&S no longer delivers or picks up. This is VERY inconvenient. These bouncy houses, slides and such are HEAVY and hard to transport/re load after use. In my opinion if you are going to offer party rentals you need to be prepared to offer FULL SERVICE. Especially when you have so much competition who also do party rentals and offer set up and pick up! Disappointed with their lack of attention to this and I will be renting from someone else in the future. On a side note I rented a large tent from A&S for a "tent sale" at the business i manage in town. They delivered and set it up but did not offer to patch the holes that it left in the asphalt(a service that other tent rental companies offer) and also the tent was in poor repair. The point of this review is to convey their lack of attention to customer service. It is a blatant disregard. When planning a party go with someone else. With everything else going on having to plan details it's nicer to deal with a company that takes care of the heavy lifting for you!
