If there was a place for half a star that's what they actually deserve. I had my grandmothers rocking chair recovered, it was delivered to me with marks on it.The guy who delivered it said that I had to pay him. So I did and immediately called the store where I talk to the owner and he said they would take care of that for me.Also The color of the fabric was hideous however that was my fault so I paid for new fabric. They called a say it's ready to be delivered and then say I owe them over $200 for labor. The chair needed to be redone anyways because of their poor work and Marks at the top of my chair.so this has costed me about $1000 to have one chair recovered correctly.

Being a Realtor for over 30 years in Metro Atlanta, Marietta and Kennesaw, I have many opportunities to refer clients to Roebers for Custom Draperies for new homes, as well as to build Custom Furniture or to just recover exsisting pieces. I , in additon have used Steve and Crissy on many occasion for my personal needs for my own home. Without question, their work is always superb and come in at exactly the quoted price or less and always on time. I would recommend this store over any others i have ever used in the Atlanta area. I have read some of the reviews online, and it seems to me, that some people must make a career out of negative comments...those that cant be verified. Its a shame that more of us that are pleased dont take a moment to leave a good comment....you only see those from customers that i am sure are unreasonable or have nothing better to do ! My best to Steve, Crissy and all the staff at Roebers for a job always well done !
