Although it's been a while, and I'm not sure if he's taking on any new cases, I had to post this so it would be known...Mr. Nevins was the "back bone" of my auto accident and I'm going to tell you, in my experience while he was on my case, he was there every step of the way, and honest about what needed to be done, unlike another attorney I was dealing with at the same time. Mr.Nevins was always concerned about my health and well-being. How many attorneys can say that? Not very many at all I can just about bet my life on that. Mr. Nevins explained everything to me that was going on in detail. I never had to worry about calling him to ask anything, because I knew he would answer, and if he was out helping others, he ALWAYS called me back. After my accident I had very unreliable transportation, if any at times. Mr. Nevins would actually make the time to drive to me. He was and still is a friendly, down to earth honest attorney. If it couldn't be done, then he'd tell you. If it could be done, then he'd be the first to try to find that way to accomplish it.
