Canceled my service and asked for a Manager at the Winder location to call. No one did. I specifically told the representative I was speaking to to NOT trespass on my property to pick up the cans. They did so anyways.
The cancellation fee is $22 for a waste can pick up and $27 for recycling cans. You honestly charge people to cancel service when there is NO contract between the two?
Their associates made a mess multiple times during pick up, so I decided no more. Went with a company that does NOT have cancellation fees and much better rated service.
