Quality Inn at Fort Gordon

Hotel was actually quite nice at a good price. It is a older hotel but it looks like it's been recently remodeled, everything looked modern and fresh. Bed was plush and comfortable. Room, lobby and grounds were neat and clean. Did like my room did not have carpet. Though I did not use the pool, the area did look clean and inviting. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast so I cannot offer an opinion. The staff was superb. I spoke with the manager before my arrival, 2 front desk members and a member of housekeeping. Everybody was professional courteous and just a delight to talk with. When dealing with hotels sometimes getting information over the phone you feel kind of leery. Here I felt confident about the information I received. After I checked in all information given ahead of time was accurate. I have stayed in hotels that cost $50 to $600 a night. For this hotel that cost $75 to $100 a night staff impressed me as much as hotels that I stayed at that are $200 to $600 a night. The only negative I encountered was the microwave in my room was in great need of replacement. Yes, I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.
