They ask you to write a good review right after you sign for your unit, which explains all of these great reviews. This place is awful. Reasons why: -They say they stay open until 6pm. They don’t. -They keep the dollies in the office, so if you need one when the office is closed… good luck with that. -I was here during a rainstorm, and the elevators gave out. There were no generators, and the entire facility went black. -They advertise AC, but it broke in my building and did not work for 6 months. -They require you to buy add ons and extras, so their $1 special ended up being a $30 “special.” -They claim that they keep the doors locked, but countless times I came here and the door was open (the one that looks like a garage door). The other door had a broken lock, so that was also easily accessible. -Shady business practices. I requested a pro-rate, then the person I spoke to on the phone said they spoke to me, and I did not request a pro-rated cost. Spoke to the manager, who said they would reimburse me for the entire month I did not use. When I called back, they said I was no longer in the system and they had no idea what I was talking about. Pros: -Good location.
