Pro Computer

I paid $59 for diagnostic and they returned my laptop inoperable in June 2017. They ignored multiple attempts to get repaired or replaced until the day of court trial, five months later. Judge decided in five minutes that they were at fault. Only then did they offer to fix it right because it would be 'cheaper'. Don't let them get close to your computers!

My old hp Brio failed with the hard drive breaking mechanically and was told by two other computer geeks that my data was lost. They said there's no way to get the data. My life was on this drive and stupidly didn't have a backup? Pro computers of Buford got all my data back and supplied me with 2copies in less than 24 hrs. I can't start to begin thanking them for their work. Also wanted to say the cost was not excessive. I'm very happy with their service and I highly recommend them. They also have good deals on refurbished gear.
