Premier Hot Tubs

This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a vendor. Spent an enormous amount of money on a Sundance spa from this dealer and the post sale service has been awful. I have had mechanical issues with the spa and not only does it take weeks to months to get them to respond and come out, but when they do they have no clue how to make the repairs. Arrogant attitude. Do not under any circumstances purchase from this dealer. I had to call Sundance to get a company that could fix our issues so that we could enjoy are spa finally.
