Not bad, way better than KFC... That $#it is greasy as hell!!! For the most part based on location, service isn't bad while being reasonably quick with good chicken. I get the spicy chicken only because the mild seems to have zero flavor. Just because it's called spicy doesn't mean it is. Being someone who does not care for spicy food at all, Popeyes spicy chicken isn't totally spicy but more "flavorful" if that makes any sense. Def preferred over KFC..
