The "moving" staff were friendly, accommodating, and on time. I was even allowed to speak with the owner of the local branch who was more than helpful. The 866-xxx-xxxx number service reps could use a raise or some other incentive as it appears a few of them hate their jobs and take it out on customers. Overall, working with PODS was beneficial. I would recommend the local PODS branch.
