Platinum Property Management

Platinum property management is wonderful! I love how they respond to you fast via email too. I had a previous management company for a few years, they allowed my house to get so damaged due to not checking in with tenants. Finally I asked for the tenants to be evicted. I then received a new tenant and she didn't want to pay. It took a couple of months for them talk with her. I was so upset and heartbroken my everything that I asked around about a new company. Platinum property was highly recommended by a few people to me. I called them and they started to take over my management immediately! ! They were able to evict my tenant fast and find a new one fast. I've been using platinum for almost half a year and everything has just ran sooooo smoothly!! They are very professional and nice and follow up with all needs and keep me in the loop with everything! !! I cannot see myself in the future having a rental without platinum! !!
