Pizza Hut

We stopped ordering from Pizza Hut after waiting almost an hour for pizza that looked as if it has been tossed upside down and flipped back over. We called the store immediately. We were offered new pizza but would have to wait another 45+ minutes or pizza in the future. I declined both and requested a refund. We now order from Papa John's and have never had any trouble.

Very unhelpful. Must have new management . Asked to deliver (5miles) and they said I was not in the system and they wouldn't go that far out. Funny how 6 months ago I ordered delivery from the same location and they said they would add my address to the system so they would make future deliveries here, and they sent a very sweet driver to my house. I am willing to bet many of the locations "in the system" are farther than coming to my house! Just lost a big order tonight !
