Pep Boys Auto Service & Tire

I will be going back to Pep Boys from now on. They have a rewards card that offers discounts and rewards points. They also have a lot to offer, such as complimentary tie rotation and car inspection with oil changes. The reason for the one star deduction is because I asked for a print out of a problem list of my car and was told I would get one, and did not. Also, I had to ask about the reward card instead of it being offered to me. If I wouldn't have asked about it and got one I would have paid more for my service. BUT, this is a nice and clean, friendly, and reasonable establishment.

I have used this location twice, They are always friendly, honest and fair and very skilled mechanics. The second time I asked my wife to take our Truck in to double check some noise in the Front end after a different shop had performed a 4 wheel alignment (went here first but was short notice and they couldn't get me in). They caught the problem, faced timed me with my wife, showed me the problem, explained the fix and instead of charging me explained to me the competitors warranty and sent me back to have it fixed by them. I was in need and they could have gouged me, they were more than fair, gave us the print offs and everything we needed to relay the message to the other shop and couldn't have gave better service. I was a certified technician in the USAF on two different Fighter Air Frames and this is where I will always take my Vehicles. Thank you for the professionalism you showed my wife and the all around great service Derek!
