Rip Off City People... Be Warned !!! After you pay there 6 months on time they will sell / transfer your loan contract to an out of state finance company. * But, when you receive no paperwork from another finance company with a contract copy of the sale of said contract by them to another company, as well as an address of where to send your payments to each month, what are you to do? Well what Patriot and Art will do is send a rogue repo tow truck company Doyle out to attempt to repo your car you've already paid 3 to 5 thousand dollars on ( including the down payment ) and if you are a single woman and alone ( Still in your car ) the rogue repo truck guy will attempt to frighten the **Disabled young lady. I know this for a fact. The young lady tried to explain the situation and screw up with her receiving no paperwork from a new finance company and that she would go see Art at Patriot and try to resolve the situation after she went to her doctor to have bloodwork done and make payments there if needed. But instead, the rogue repo guy refused to let her leave, she was on her cell with 911 and trying to drive around her house to leave and the repo guy would move his truck and block her in at every exit and attempt she made to leave her yard. People this is against the law. You first can not breach the peace to repo a car. Second this was False Imprisonment, Holding Someone Against Their Will, Kidnapping as well as Criminal Trespass and Unlawful Repossession Attempt. Another bad thing is that the Rogue Repo Guy Owner Operator probably does not have the 1 Million Dollar Bond/General Liability Insurance that would cover him and the finance company "Patriot" (That is now required while doing repossessions) in the event of a lawsuit where the repo guy was found to be in the wrong criminally or civilly in breaking laws or causing damage or injury. Keep in mind the girl never missed a payment in the first 6 months required by Patriot before they sell the contract. The county cops finally made the repo guy leave but did not arrest him and now the finance company Patriot wants to charge the girl $150 dollars to pay the repo guy for blatantly breaking the law criminally and civilly . ***Solution, if Patriot sells the contract to another lender, wouldn't it be wise to have the customer come in there to be presented with and sign the new contract over from Patriot to Sterling finance or whomever? I'm pretty sure a lawsuit will be filed as well as criminal charges. Be warned people. And be careful of shady car lots. Karma Update : Patriot has done people so wrong that their business has failed so severely that they are shutting down business and moving what's left of their shady operation that they are moving back to Hinesville, Ga. So good riddance.

Got a truck from there, next day transmission went out. They repaired it. Lost job couldnt make payments, they came and looked at truck 3 times. Never came and got it. Still have truck sitting here and they're trying to take me to court to pay for it.? Trying to make me pay $6000 for a 99 Silverado. They are out of their damn mind. Not to mention they lied to me about everything done to the truck. They lied just to make money. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!!
