I was very impressed with my experience at Park Tavern.
First off, it's a cool joint. We ate inside since all the outside tables are full, but next time, I've decided I'm willing to wait for one to open up so I can enjoy the beautiful weather. Another perk: you can bring your dogs to chill with you outside as well. It's conveniently located right next to Piedmont Park, which makes it ideal after a jog or an afternoon spent walking around the area.
I came to this place with a group of four, three of whom are horribly picky eaters, and everyone left happy with their orders. Two of the group ordered sushi, which was a tasty choice. In fact, after 10 p.m., they apparently serve half-off sushi. I ordered a salmon and rice bowl that was loaded with fresh veggies and was in heaven. I'm still drooling.
