Papa John's Pizza

The first time we ordered, the delivery driver was over an hour late and we were treated rudely by two different store employees when we called to check on the status. The manager we finally spoke with on the phone said she would credit our account with a free pizza that we could use on our next visit. We called tonight to use that free visit and the rude employee who took our call couldn't locate an account or the free pizza we were promised. Then he hung up on us. We will never do business with this Papa John's again.
