I had my van serviced and cleaned on 6/1/2017 because I was going on a trip, this was told to the gentleman who was doing the oil change and I asked that he check everything to make sure it was safe for the trip. Upon leaving the person that was doing the cleaning flagged me down because they left their cleaning cloth and telephone in my van. The manager? saw what happened and give me a coupon to get another cleaning. Well after getting on the road I realized that they did not do anything to the inside at all you couldn't hardly see out of the windshield and my friend who was with me is allergic to cat hair and they didn't even vacuum. Then after getting where we was going we noticed a tire needing air so when we started to put air in it we realized there was no valve stem covers on three of the tires. I took my van back on 6/5/2017 and was complaining about what happened and I was told by Richard that I got a free coupon to get my van cleaned again and that I was lying about the valve stem covers that they were on there and it wouldn't hurt anything with them not being on there. Well the whole reason I went was to get it ready for a road trip and even if they were missing it should have been brought to my attention and a free cleaning does not help when I needed it done before. I will not be back to Pal's ever again and would not recommend to anuone
