Some one else mentioned cool and calm employees, unfortunately they are too cool and calm. You can't get anyone to take your money. I went in and shopped for about 15 minutes I got everything I needed so I got in line. 15 minutes later I was still in line. Two employees were helping the same customers that they had been helping when I entered the store. There was another employee that I had seen milling around the store while I was shopping. He was no where to be seen while I was in line. He finally showed up and spoke to one of the other employees. Then disappear again. Since they apparently don't need to make sales I left.
I would get it if they were busy but up until the end there was only me and the two customers at the counter in the whole store. Who knows how long those poor people are going to be there.
This had happened several times at this same store. I don't know why I keep going back. I will not be making that mistake again. I'm glad other people get good service but that's not what I've experienced. Maybe I just go when the bad crew is working.
