I bought a battery in April of 2015 with a three year warranty. This battery carries a nation wide warranty. After about 25 mins of back and forth and a call to the store in Tennessee I finally was able to get a new one. No reason for this to take this long or be that difficult.

Worst place for customer service all 3 employees Just looked at us when we needed help ast the desk oh well I tried you going to stick with advance auto!
