I love the impact the OT workouts are having on my overall health since November of 2017! I had gotten so out of shape that I didn't know if the challenging workouts would work for me, but they have even at just once a week. Eating with the 80/20 mindset, adding fiber and protein, and narrowing my eating window to 12 hours, I have maintained a 7 lb weight loss. Not much but means a lot to me, especially since the scale has stopped climbing. One note, don't waste your time with the chest strap. It is rarely accurate and the testing does not help. Spend the extra few dollars for the arm band and you won't regret it. Great coaching, group motivation, music, and overall atmosphere for a fraction of the price you would spend on a personal trainer who may not even be that great in the end!
