I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and very polite. I had to wait a little while but only because they had a full salon and only 3 staff members who were busting their butts to make sure that everyone was being taken care of. Esther who did my mani pedi (which turned out fantastic by the way) was always asking if I was comfortable and I had a scrape on the side of my foot and she kept asking me if I was hurting or if anything she did wasn't feeling good and I really appreciated that concern. And I never saw anyone leave the store despite the wait and never heard any attitude about any of the customer service. Great place, great service, and great customer service.
