Exceptional service! When the hose on my 8-year-old Dyson ripped, I stopped by this store and asked if they could order a new one for me. Instead of just doing what I asked, they went above and beyond expectations by giving me a used one that was in perfect condition without charging me. Wow! Then, a year or so later my vacuum stopped working properly. They checked it out and gave me a repair quote. Instead of fixing it, I decided to buy a new one. They gave me a great deal on the newest model, put it together for me, and helped me put it in my car. I will definitely return when the need arises and whole-heartedly recommend them to friends and family.
