North Georgia OB/GYN Specialists: Towne Lake

I tried to give this practice a second chance, but they failed me again. This time they improperly coded my bill and are making me responsible for paying a bill when they did not examine me or even draw labs. They talked to me for 5 minutes and told me I had to see another practice and then coded the bill for a symptom of my disease, instead of the disease, to get more money. The insurance does not cover coding for this symptom, but do cover the disease. These people will not advocate for you unless it lines their pockets. Beware!

Doctors and staff are AMAZING!!! Very happy with my prenatal visits and delivery!!!

If you are going to have a baby do not go here!!! I am very disappointed with my experience. I had my baby 9 months ago but I had to write a review because i just cant get over the traumatic event that was my delivery day. So I decided to see Dr. Falany for my prenatal care because I went to her office 5 years ago for my first born, back when it was falany and hulse woman center which was ok. But this time with my second it was every thing but ok. The doctor visits were ok but I only saw a doctor twice and the other times the PA which makes no difference to me so w.e. .Come my delivery day, I call the office 3 hours before I go to the hospital to let the doctor know I was going to be there. When I arrive things were going slow but Dr. Falany was no where to be seen. She Left me to the care of the Nurses of North Side Hospital, that never checked how much I was dilating so baby was coming faster than they thought. But because they had no clue because they didnt check how much i was dilating, the Dr didn't get there in time. So my baby was born and no one helped me deliver, the nurses didn't want to help much (liability) so my baby fell on to the bed. He literally banged himself on the bed I felt the bed move/shake. He cried right away then the pedestrian picked my baby up and checked him (everything was great with my baby) . Still no sign of Dr. Falany. I was bleeding a lot and the nurses still did nothing. I was shaking starting to get cold.. Then finally, she arrived like she did nothing wrong like she got there just in time like nothing bad could have happened. I had about 3 blood clots that had formed because she wasn't there to push out all the blood as soon as the delivery was over. so now she had to stick her whole had into my already hurt area to get them out. Ladies this hurt worst than giving birth I would have rather had twins. Oh I forgot to mention I did not get the Epidural so yes I felt everything. If your a mother to be please go somewhere else. I still have nightmares, I clinch every time I think of how hard my baby dropped and how Negligent the doctor and Nurses were. I don't think I'll get over this any time soon, but I would like to preventthis from happening to some one else.
