Mr. Clean Car Wash

Machine knocked my side mirror off! I have been coming here for years and apparently the service has declined so much so that it was obvious my side mirror was undamaged and the Machine knocked it clear off. I have given them two weeks to rectify the situation and they have stated I had prior damage as an excuse. Once again I've come to this Center for years with the same vehicle. Not once have I ever complained. Even when Once the machine took the blades off of my windshield wipers however, I accepted the responsibility because my sensors activated my windshield wipers when going through the tunnel. I never brought that up to them as a complaint. I'm very disappointed as a loyal customer. I will never go there again. Enter at your own risk !
