This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the state of Ga. I’ve lived in this area for 7 years now. I can’t name one time my order has been correct. Over the years I’ve had to many bad experiences here to list. I’ve witnessed a drive through clerk stick their head out of the window and hit a pipe that a person in line gave them.
I’ve witnessed unsanitary situations.
Today I simply wanted to purchase my daughter a biscuit before she had to go into work. I waited in the drive through for over ten minutes and watched people go ahead of me in the second drive through. I was stuck in line. Finally the car ahead of me just drive through to give their order at the window. After waiting for over 15 minutes I had to leave because my daughter was now late for work. She didn’t get breakfast. I’be stopped eating McDonald’s but I figured it’s be convenient this morning. We were short in time and after all this is a “fast food “ restaurant. I was once again upset leaving this location.
I work in customer service and I have a hard time figuring out how after so many years this location can’t seem to get it together. The issues vary from bad customer service, messed up orders and employees who really don’t care.
