McDonald's

My husband and I were out house shopping and decided to grab a bite to eat. Upon arriving at this McDonalds, the drive thru lanes were ridiculously long so we decided to order inside. This is probably the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to! As of today’s date, this restaurant has a 82 B- inspection score!! I was ready to go as soon as I noticed the score posted on the wall, but we had already ordered. Second, their customer service was AWFUL... or better yet non-existent! It took forever for the food to come out and when I told the cashier they forgot my Vanilla Iced Coffee, she caught an attitude and asked her co-worker “How do I make iced coffee?” with the nastiest attitude. Needless to say, the coffee tasted DISGUSTING, so I asked for it to be made over again. Finally, I ordered Hot Cakes and Sausage and after driving off and nearly two miles up the road, I opened my bag and realized they gave me two plastic spoons, not a knife and a fork. I guess they expect their customers to eat hot cakes with spoons. Needless to say, we will NOT be coming back here again!!

McDonald’s is known for poor customer service but this McDonald’s by far is the worst experience I have ever had. They are either extremely under-staffed or just have lazy employees or both. 9 Times out of 10 the drive through takes 15-30 mins especially at night. Often you sit in the drive through waiting to order and have to say “Hello” several times to get someone’s attention. They get the order wrong so often that you literally have to take each item out to make sure it’s correct and if it’s not, be prepared to have to argue with the staff to get it corrected. The ice-cream, milk-shake or anything frozen machine is ALWAYS “down”. Which is more likely just staff members not wanting to do their jobs. On one occasion I ordered something that was no longer on the menu and the drive through attendant was very impatient and unwilling to answer a simple question and at one point said, “Do you want it or not”. When I pulled up to pay for my order she threatened to “take it outside” as in she wanted to fight me. My children were in the car and she was threatening me and speaking very disrespectful even after requesting to speak to a manager, she was yelling over the manager at me. The manager seemed not too surprised by the attendants behavior and instead of asking the attendant to leave the window, she simply offered to give me a French Fry for free. Which is laughable. I have not returned to that McDonald’s since and do not recommend any going there either. You’re better off going to any other fast food place in the area or driving further for a better McDonald’s.
