From the moment that I entered into Mattress Firm, Daniel was very friendly and welcoming to my wife and I. He took his time explaining all of our different options; we did not feel rushed nor did we feel that he just wanted to make a sale. Daniel was so knowledgeable about all of the mattresses that we learned actually learned lol. My wife and I thought we were just going to test some out and ended up purchasing the perfect fit for us, thanks to Daniel we felt like apart of the Mattress Firm family not just another consumer.
