Awesome staff and doctor!

I am an adult patient there and I like Dr. Lewis personally, as a doctor, unfortunately all the other problems with his office outweigh the good. The techs are unprofessional and rough. Two of them have smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that I almost gagged, one time a tech dropped my archwire on the ground and then picked it up and put it back in my mouth, I left last visit only to get home and realize that they skipped a bracket and left a band off. One thing after another. I am new to the area and just can't afford the hassle of switching to another Ortho.I can't wait to be done with treatment.
