Terrible customer service. They charge $45 PER PERSON to apply for one of their homes, so that's $90 for an unmarried couple. Not only that, but they judge you for not being married. Oh, they didn't say so, but trust me - they did. I could hear it in their voices and see it on their faces. But the WORST PART - they don't even have the courtesy to call you if you're not approved. They send a freaking letter. Which is dated three days before. So they know for three days that they aren't going to approve you, keep your money, and send something as impersonal as a letter.
