We walked in and the host was in a bad mood as you could see it in his face. He tried to seat us at a table wedged between a family with two roudy and rambunctious boys and a bigger guy with the back of his chair touching the edge of our table. When we refused to sit there he got upset and walked away.
The waiter was great (therefore we left him a great tip) but he was really busy. He helped us move to a better table. His service was the reason we gave a two star, if not it would have been zero.
My wife ordered a dish with roasted cashews and the plate arrived without any. The second waiter went back to the kitchen and tossed fresh cashews on her plate. We asked that same waiter for more water and he retorted he wasn’t our waiter and then yelled across the room; “these people need water” and walked away. The food overall was okay; I’ve had better Thai cuisine at the many other local restaurants. The service (except for our waiter) was average. Very disappointed!
