Be warned! This law firm is as crooked as it gets! The legal secretary is rude as heck and very unpleasant. I have a legal plan through my work and wanted to utilize my benefit. I wanted a standard custody agreement whipped up. My original appointment with them was August 1st and since then I have not spoke with Richard since and have had to converse with his legal secretary. They advised me of a $375 filing fee to file it within the courts. To me, this sounded very high so I called Columbia County court and found that the fee was $207. I also asked the court at this time if there were any rules against someone else besides a lawyer filing a custody agreement and they said no. After 3 call attempts within the last week, I called today for the secretary to say " Well, I did give him the message." Horrible customer service! I went on to tell her that this was my 3rd attempt this week to get this completed. Then she put me on hold and on speaker to tell me that Richard wanted me to come by the office first, pay the filing fee, and then he would draft it up. I went on to tell her that I didn't need them to file it. Then she said that it wasn't an option and that the courts wouldn't allow it. I told them I talked to the courts before and they said there werent any rules against it. She then said, "Well, we aren't going to draft it up for you if you don't pay the filing fee." I going to call my legal plan to advise them to take them off their network
