Lobster House Sushi & Hibachi

The menu on the table shows 12.95 for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. And the lunch time defined as from 11:30 am to 3:45 pm. Got our bill around 2:30 pm. The amount was doubled!! Asked saying that it was for Mother's Day special dinner all day. But not acknowledged upon arrival. Was pointed out there were signs at the doors. They were inside of the doors with regular 11 x 8.5 papers with the font not even that big. Most of all, the special was only reflected on price. The foods and services were just business as usual.

The worst costumer service ever ! I have been into lots of countries overseas and ate in several restaurants in most of the states in America and this is my first time I write a review criticizing people's behaviors or their service but the customer service in this restaurant is the worst ever. First of all the man on the door who greeted us looks like he was plugged into the wall charged with electricity talks 1 billion words a second. We understood that since he is a japanese guy but the fact that he was running after us when we were done eating asking for more tips and telling us: next time don't do that! we didnt know what he was talking about. Horrible welcoming, horrible service, horrible organization and therefore horrible lunch. Conclusion: NEVER eat there and especially NEVER go on a date there.
