I was 10 minutes late to an appointment because I went to the wrong hospital. His office staff, including the nurse, said that I had to reschedule. I’ve never felt so unimportant in my life. I called to let them know I would be about ten minutes late and his staff said they were sorry but I would have to reschedule. I asked her why and she said because their book was so packed. I said so if I were to come would I go straight back or would I be waiting on you? I was very unhappy with the way I was treated. I could understand if I made it a habit but I have only seen him twice and have never been late. I have been pleased with Dr. Leigh, but not with the customer service. As a result, I will be searching for an office with good customer service as well as patient care.
