I have no complaints about the app. My issue is with their customer service and specifically their sales manager, Katie. I called back in August 2017 to cancel the app and they transferred me to a voicemail in the cancellation department. No one called back from that department. I got a call back a few weeks later from their accounting department stating that my payment did not go through. I explained to her that I left a message to cancel the service. She said that she would look into it and never called back. I received a delinquent notice from them 5 months later. I called them back and was told by Katie that there is nothing that she can do about it, because she received the cancellation one day after their billing cycle. I asked to talk to her superiors and she responded that she was it and the owners do not deal with these kind of issues. Message to the owners: Your sales manager, Katie, collected the $89 from me because I got tired of trying to reason with someone who has no clue about customer service. As you can see, I am not the only unsatisfied customer based on the other negative reviews. That $89 that I paid will cost you ten fold to advertise and market to new customers considering the negative feedback that I will be giving you with every other dealer that I come across in person and online. You should empower your employees to do what is just and right with in the realm of good customer service.
