Unfortunately I will have to agree with Kirk. Not only that two of the comps were totally irrelevant to the subject property!!!!!!! ALSO the pictures for one of the comps were actually from a completely different property!!!!!! I wish I would have seen Kirk's review before I lost a great deal!
STAY AWAY or make sure to go over the whole appraisal report and check the mistakes, otherwise you might be in for a VERY unpleasant surprise!
