Kroger Pharmacy

I am thoroughly unimpressed with this pharmacy. I dropped off a prescription for my dog who has seizures, and desperately needed this prescription filled asap. I was told it would be about a 30 minute wait and they would text me when it was ready. I waited a few hours and hadn't heard anything from them so decided to call. When I called the pharmacy tech was like "Oh yeah, we didn't have that mg in stock so we had to order it and it will be here tomorrow, give us til after 4pm and it should be ready". I was upset that my dog had to wait another 24 hours to get his medication but at that point there was nothing I could do. The next day rolls around and I still hadn't heard from them at 7pm, so I called again and this time they said, "That mg didn't get delivered today, I'll order it and check back with us tomorrow". The theirs day came and I called and they still failed to get this medication in. I called Walmart in an effort to get this medication filled quicker for my poor dog and they guaranteed me they would have it by 3pm tomorrow. Needless to say I am very unhappy with this unprofessional pharmacy and I am going to pick up my prescription and take it to Walmart.
