Koch Orthodontics

Everyone in the office is very professional and pleasant. My very first visit, they greeted me with my name on a welcome board and we talked as if we've known each other forever. Dr. Koch called me that very night to see how everything was going. They always send out email and text message reminders for my appointments which I love. Awesome people at the loganville location!

I didn't know what to expect from an orthodontics office. I'm an adult patient and I was afraid that I would feel out of place but the entire office was friendly and kind. The atmosphere had a clean and upbeat vibe. I appreciated the tour and that each of the staff looked up from their work to smile and say hello. While my braces were being put on Ashley walked me through the whole procedure and explained each step along the way. I wasn't scared but I enjoyed learning about the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
