Run away and run away quickly! Do NOT take your kids to this school! My son went to school at this location for 8 weeks and it was 8 weeks too long. He started in the infant room, even though he was already walking and my husband and I had been told he would start in young toddler. The school has cameras but I guess the staff don't think parents actually watch. My kid was neglected in the infant room. On one occasion I saw a teacher sit in his face and eat food while he was in the high chair crying. On another occasion the same teacher bounced my kid so hard in a bouncer I was concerned that he may have neck and spinal damage. The issues were reported to the Director how said that they were "in the process of making changes in the room." My kid was moved to a different room and for a while things seemed fine. However, he was not learning. They claim to have a curriculum but all they do is play all day. When my issues were voiced we were told they were "in the process of making changes in the room." My husband gave our 2 week notice to Blair who asked him to give them a chance to make changes and see if we changed our minds. The same night I sent a written notice to Jessie letting her know we would indeed be leaving. Fast forward to the final day, Blair calls me after I've picked my son up to tell me that because my husband or I never gave her ANOTHER VERBAL notice (even though the policy requires a written notice) she had proceeded with charging us for the following week. She said that none of the other ten million assistant directors communicated with her that we were leaving. I was obviously upset but Blair assured me that we would be able to come and get our money the day it was taken from the bank. Today I went to get my money. Blair didn't speak to me, but I witnessed her speak to all the other parents coming and going. Destiny asked if I was getting cash- I said yes because that's how Blair made it sound on the phone. Blair says the money can go back on my card and in so many words "You'll get it when you get it." A heated argument insued, Blair cried and then CALLED THE COPS ON ME for threatening to press fraud charges against the school- who clearly fraudulently charged my bank account for services not rendered! I beg of you, RUN AWAY FROM THIS SUBPAR STAFF and their absolutely horrible customer service. They don't care about kids, they want money! The classrooms are filled with 20-something year old girls who, and I quote "would rather be anywhere but there" any given day!
