While we enjoyed everyone at this location, from a business perspective they have failed us. My wife has been trying to get them to stop automatic drafting for 6 months. Has sent numerous emails and has been told everything was taken care of and that a refund was on the way. Today we received a collection letter. I have attached an email from the center and a copy of the collection letter. This is poor business on the corporate level. This is inexcusable, is financially irresponsible and has taken too much of our time.
