Jim Tidwell Ford

My husband and I went to the Kennesaw location ready to buy a used or new Ford Explorer. We were “greeted” by a sales man named Bud. He first asked if we were looking for “someone”. We told him we had seen the ones they had online & asked if he could show us. He immediately shot us down saying it sold and he didn’t have anymore. We asked if he could show us around anyway. He took us to two newer Ford Explorers. We started to say it was a bit over our budget & immediately he gave us the impression that he wanted us off the lot. He kept saying “The cheap ones go fast so you should’ve gotten here sooner.” We felt very put off and like he was trying to get rid of us. We will never go back to Jim Tidwell Ford and they will not get a dime of our money. We were ready to leave with a new car today. You lost our service.
