The worst. Worst. Went in for an oil change, came out with a broken radiator. Never had an issue before, 24 hours later my car was not drivable.
Was given the run around by their corporate hq, Team LUCOR. Was passed to 3 different people, because no one could make a decision I guess. Almost a month without my car, ends up they decide that they are not at fault and I am out of luck.
I lost over $1,000 in wages from my job, plus the cost of replacing my radiator at a different shop.
Avoid this place at all cost.
