It's Fashion Metro

Went in there tonight just to browse. The manager approached me about some ice cream that I had. I was looking for a trash can prior to entering the store. I didn't even find one in the store. I didn't get the manager's name but she was tall and extremely rude. She was disrespectful and very unprofessional. My aunt asked her about the policy and she pulled a sign from behind the counter. BEHIND THE COUNTER. But my issue wasn't the policy. It was her demeanor & the way she approached me. There's ways to say things. She had a very nasty tone of voice & also tried to embarrass us in front of the other customers. I stormed out nearly in tears. It was my first time there and needless to say, I will NOT be going back.

Basket full of clothes, 2 toddlers and they told me I could not get the key to allow my children to use the restroom. The lady told me to go next door to Dollar Tree to use the restroom... with $150 of clothes in the basket!
