OMG. The wait was incredibly long and the only time clients were informed of the wait was when asking an extremely incompassionate receptionist who told the same lie to everyone over and over that "the room is being cleaned". It might be better to just tell people the actual time of the appt (we were told 10:45 but they put it on their calendar as 11). This is not a place for professionals accompanying elder patients. Find another doc!
