I was just a volunteer tutor here with the Read 2 Success organization. From what I saw during the semester that I volunteered is that the facilities and resources the school has are plentiful! But the teacher that I worked with was not the best. She ignored the students except to scold them, or humiliate them by facing the corner when they cried, or splashing their face with water when they dozed off (from lack of stimulation, which isn't the student's fault). This was in a kindergarten class, I felt sorry for the students.
