INFERNO FITNESS COVINGTON

I absolutely Love Inferno Fitness!!!! I had been working out off & on for awhile, but it wasn't until I joined Inferno Fitness!!! that I really started to notice a difference in muscle definition and overall strength. GI JO is a superb instructor who invests in everyone's unique training goals and needs. She has designed a program that anyone can start at any age and at any fitness level. She knows how to motivate you during your work out and provides constant (and I mean CONSTANT) correction of form and encouragement throughout the workout !!!! All of the trainers are very skilled at what they do and know how to appropriately challenge the students to get as much as they can out of each class. The boot camp classes provide the perfect balance of cardio and strength training and no class is ever the same. It really is total body fitness!!!!!
