IHOP

This is one of our usual IHOPs. Generally, the food is good and made as ordered. They do struggle making eggs over medium. The whites come out completely uncooked. I finally gave up and started ordering my eggs scrambled. Other than that, it's a good place to eat. Shame about those eggs!

I love IHOP. My family and I eat at IHOP often. This is the worst one I've been to. My most recent visit was horrible. The waiter, after we placed our order, informed us of ALL the items they were out of! Then he wouldn't even make substitutions for those items! How in the world are we supposed to eat? He then preceded to let us know about the amount of each item even though the prices were clearly on the menu! I politely told him to cancel our order. He had the nerve to say, "That's fine, let me get the check for your drink." I don't think so sir. I'm not paying for a drink I never drank, and for horrible service. My family deserves better. We left without making a fuss. I usually never say never, but I will NEVER be returning to this particular location.
