Affordable weekly rates conveniently located to everything within walking distance. General Manager Terrance is awesome, friendly and attentive. Staff seems nice and grounds are kept up. Only concern is lack of security and lack of monitoring property guests. Office closes at 7pm and closed on Sundays. Been here a long time. Seems to be going backwards from when I initially arrived. Police activity very high here.
