Usually short staffed, if you can find someone they're generally polite. It's irritating to stand at the paint counter waiting on help while the people at the service desk (directly across from the paint counter) sit and talk amongst themselves ignoring you. They've made eye contact with me many times and not said anything. I guess they aren't aware that customer service is in their job title.
