Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. When the airline gave us the voucher I was like oh great, Holiday Inn. My feelings changed as soon as I met the shuttle driver and continued to improve upon check-in. The staff was quick about getting everyone checked in and remained polite and friendly the entire time. The room was clean comfortable and just what we needed to get some sleep and continue our travels the next day.
