If I could have rated this ZERO stars I would. I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. From the moment we arrived and received attitude from the attendant, refusing to give directions and acting as if I was a annoyance to her, then asking another employee who appeared to be in management and receiving the same cold shoulder. I am a early 30s white male and both of the employees I was asking for help from were African American. I over heard them being very accommodating to the other couple who were checking in who happened to be African American as well. I could have picked any hotel to stay at prior to our flight, many options less expensive but have always had good experiences with Hilton so we chose this facility and I can assure that we will never stay this location or any other Hilton if at all possible. We travel extensively and this is the only time I have ever encountered such blatant racism. This is a disgrace to the entire Hilton Brand, DO NOT STAY HERE
